Exceptional service by staff

The cozy apartment was great, but the mattress needs improvement.

Claverley Court offers a lovely stay with clean, spacious apartments and an exceptional location near Harrods. The staff, particularly Sara, are friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. the area can be a bit noisy at times. a pleasant experience!

The mattress was too soft, but the daily housekeeping was excellent.

great location for sightseeing, right by harrods and loads of shops nearby. the room was spacious with good self catering stuff. Lots of natural light. we found the staff really helpful, especially sara who made our stay better. comfy bed and clean apartment! it was super quiet at night too, so slept like a baby!

The One-Bedroom Apartment was cozy, and I loved the tasteful decor. The beds were super comfy! You can enjoy relaxing massages and a sauna that really helps melt away stress. The only thing was a bit of noise from the reception, but nothing too distracting—just ask for a room further down the hall for peace! 😊

During our seven-night stay, we appreciated the spacious Executive One-Bedroom Apartment, which was well-equipped and perfect for our family. The standout was definitely the staff, particularly Sara, whose personalized service made us feel right at home. The location was ideal, being just a stone's throw from Harrods and surrounded by great restaurants. it would be better if the high chair options were more suitable for infants, as this could enhance the experience for families traveling with babies.

Family with children paradise!

The staff was very nice! I left some very valuable items in the apartment and they went above and beyond to return them to me in France within days! And the location is a block from the best shopping. We were so close to everything, really perfect.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, what do you expect for this kind of quality.
